Step-by-step AI development: You will receive an introduction to the design and structure of an AI assistant.

Functionality and possibilities: We look at how an AI assistant works, what types of answers it can generate and where it can be used.

Participant use cases: You can submit a use case in advance, which can be selected for the workshop with the support of an AI-based selection method. This enables a practical orientation towards the interests of the participants.

 

The workshop is designed so that even participants without prior knowledge of artificial intelligence can gain an overview of the possibilities and limitations of an AI assistant.

The AI ​​Team Event was designed to provide employees with a structured and practice-oriented introduction to building an AI-supported team. The starting point is a use case specifically tailored to your company, which serves as a lead project as part of the training. Developing a hybrid team allows you to leverage the interaction between human expertise and machine efficiency and pave the way for productive collaboration with artificial intelligence.

 

Team building and structuring: We support you in building a hybrid team that effectively uses both the human and technological sides. Your team will be trained in the technical basics of AI interaction as well as in the use of AI to support decision-making.

 

Use case development and goal setting: At the beginning of the training, we work with your team to develop the specific goals and requirements of the relevant use case, which are based on the current and long-term needs of your organization. From this we derive a clear objective for the AI ​​team.

 

Role distribution and interaction: A hybrid team requires a new understanding of collaboration in which AI systems take on specialized tasks. In practical modules, participants learn how tasks and roles are distributed within the team and how interaction with AI can be designed efficiently.

 

Continuous training and adjustment: Throughout the training process, we provide regular feedback and adjustments to ensure that your team can use AI optimally and the collaboration is goal-oriented.

In this intensive, 1-month AI team event, learn how to unite your employees and artificial intelligence in a harmonious team and exploit the full potential of your data and technologies.

 

We start with a 3-hour KickOff workshop. In the following weeks there will be 2 x 60 minute sessions. You have the opportunity to take part in the OpenHouse every Friday from 2:00 p.m. and clarify any questions you may have. 

 

Specially developed software for hybrid teams, which runs on German servers, serves as the technical basis. AI assistants from OpenAI are used as language models, but other language models can also be connected.
