Principles of our development program
Individual and self-determined learning
Every leader has their own strengths, weaknesses and learning needs. Our program enables participants to design and control their learning process themselves. This promotes personal responsibility and ensures that what is learned is directly adapted to individual challenges and goals.
Social Learning
Learning is a social process. We place great value on leaders learning from each other by sharing experiences, knowledge and challenges. This exchange takes place in a structured framework and is supported by targeted reflection processes.
Learning on the Job
Theoretical knowledge is important, but the real challenge lies in the practical application. Our program links the learning process to everyday work so that managers can immediately implement new strategies and techniques and test their effectiveness in their own work environment.
