The three compact modules of the overall 9-day training are fundamentally based on two pillars:
The demands on managers are enormous: In addition to a clear leadership role, they are expected to have collaborative leadership and coaching functions (“leadership servant”), as well as lateral leadership functions on a horizontal level. Furthermore, due to the challenges of digital transformation, they are also required lto lead through change processes. Managers are therefore required to have consulting skills: that is, the ability to facilitate constant improvement of existing processes and a flexible response to new (internal and external) requirements, as understood in the concept of ambidexterity.
The multi-module BBT Leadership series is tailored to middle to senior managers who want to confidently deal with expectations and personal development opportunities. The participants will be able to handle their leadership tasks more easily in the given environment and to professionally represent and manage a holistic approach to change processes.
What sets this training apart is the blend of methodological and personal development aspects - which, to our knowledge, is rarely offered on the market. The latter requires an intensive examination of the individual personalities of the participants, to which we give lots of space. Thanks to this specific tailoring, the participants' method and tool know-how are transferred much more effectively into everyday management.
