BBT Leadership Training

The demands on managers are enormous: In addition to a clear leadership role, they are expected to have collaborative leadership and coaching functions (“leadership servant”), as well as lateral leadership functions on a horizontal level. Furthermore, due to the challenges of digital transformation, they are also required lto lead through change processes. Managers are therefore required to have consulting skills: that is, the ability to facilitate constant improvement of existing processes and a flexible response to new (internal and external) requirements, as understood in the concept of ambidexterity.

Projects

The three compact modules of the overall 9-day training are fundamentally based on two pillars:

Tools for Leaders (Methods orientated Level)

leadership and communication techniques

successful delegation and motivation

methods of consulting and staff conversations

conflict resolution methods and conflict management

change management and its application

health management and personal stress competence

The Leader as a Tool (personal level)

personal impact and behavior

individual capacity for change

inner attitude and understanding of roles

work-life balance and personal stress factors

self-image and external perception reflection

The BBT Leadership Compact is jointly conducted by two to three trainers and coaches, each with over 30 years of experience from their own leadership practice.

(see Klaus-Peter Esser, Steffen Neiß).

BBT Leadership Workshop

Beyond the BBT leadership training, we also offer a leadership workshop for BBT graduates, designed as a peer-to-peer exchange. This workshop provides a forum for former training participants to come together and reflect on their individual leadership topics and questions, which they have encountered in their professional practice, while simultaneously updating their BBT knowledge. Dates are available upon request.
