Coaching enables a manager to deal intensively with personal behavioral patterns and thus specifically approach individual development in a contextual and appropriate manner.

Coaching can be useful in various circumstances:

preparation for taking on leadership tasks

strengthening resilience

introducing new leadership concepts

dealing with change and transformation

This can be done, for example, through shadow coaching.

In this form of coaching, ChangePartner coaches accompany the coachees' everyday work and can therefore reflect their behavior directly on site and immediately after a specific work situation. In this way, learning effects are increased and new ways of acting are tested in a natural context.

In personality coaching, we set up a rich learning journey with the Cochee, spanning 7-10 months.

This journey includes several full- and half-day face-to-face meetings, complemented by shorter digital sessions. Our coaches, who possess psychological training, explore the interplay between professional and personal matters. They assist in heightening awareness of one's strengths, utilizing them more effectively, and achieving clarity on significant issues related to work, life, and leadership that are presently being faced.
