Bülent Arslan is the founder and managing director of IMAP GmbH, a systemic personnel and organisational consultancy with around 80 employees. He has been a member of the Supervisory Board of ChangePartner AG since 2023. Whether digitalisation, new work, internationalisation or diversity - he is always dedicated to transformations with high cultural implications and has developed an effective methodology for cultural development with the Change&Culture approach.
