Steffen Neiß has been a consultant, coach, trainer, and companion for managers and teams since 1991. His specialty is initiating internal and external change processes and consistently supporting their implementation in everyday life. Before that, he worked for many years as a consultant and a manager in industry. He also brings in-depth knowledge from several years of psychotherapeutic and psychological training and further education.
