Sylke Kromat has over 20 years of experience as a trainer, moderator, and coach. After her training in the hotel industry, she worked for Lufthansa for many years, where she conducted international training courses and trained coaches and moderators. She has been self-employed since 2007 and supports medium-sized and large companies in change processes, management development, and team development. Through her diverse coaching training, she also supports her clients with personal issues.
