At the beginning, we will clarify questions with you that will determine the structure of the measure:
Goal
What is the objective of team building (cohesion, mutual understanding, strengthening the team lead, more satisfaction, improved communication, etc.)?
Resources
What resources (time, personnel, budget) are available? We recomend outdoor activities and hands-on tasks, if participants are to experience and understand the essentials of successful teamwork and the importance of each individual's role.
Phase
What phase is the team currently in? We are guided by the phases distinguished by Tuckman: Forming (orientation phase), Storming (conflict/learning phase), Norming (cooperation phase) and Performing (growth phase).
