We are specialised in providing you, your managers and your employees with competent support in your change processes.
Today’s executives are permanently required to manage change. From experience we know that failures and setbacks frequently result because managements are insufficiently aware of the fundamental dynamics of change processes and because vital leadership tools are not available.

Change Management with Change Partner AG never comes off the rack. We develop each project individually for you and in close coordination with the management of your house.
A personal conversation – this is how we start every project. Together with you, we outline where there is a need for action in your company and what it might look like.
Before each project start, we then carry out a preliminary evaluation, which includes the following elements:
In the next step, the focus will be on the detailed evaluation of the jobs and processes, the structure and culture of your company – with the active involvement of your employees and managers.
On this basis, together with you and your executives, we develop an objective for the joint change process. Then the concrete measures for your intended change will be planned and implemented in detail. They include the consultation process as well as the associated qualification and coaching modules, which are exactly tailored to your needs.
Ongoing implementation support and success assurance by consultants and trainers of Change Partner AG are another essential component of our approach. We are working on a change management approach based on two models (see right), the wave model and the double-splitter model.
The basic principles of our performance and our change management approach are holistic / integration and help for self-help. Our specialty is the training of internal change agents as drivers of change.
